¡Hola de la isla de Lanzarote amigos!
The short version: identical conditions to last week 😎🤘😍💯
To start with – the last few days after the last island blog: on Thursday evening we went to the Pechos. It was blowing pretty hard, but it worked! I helped a few people a little with kiting into our “dune” – for the very first time! After that it worked by itself for most of them! 😎🤘💯
Friday – Tenesar day! Jörg stole the show with 4.5 hours of airtime over the Atlantic🤘💯😎😍
Saturday – Tenesar and Pechos – it just kept on working, on and on…
And now to the current week:
So far we've had a southerly pattern. That means we've been able to train a lot. The small wings were really put through their paces. Yesterday there were downpours on Lanzarote🤷🤦😂🤘💯 We're convinced the wind was so strong that it blew the sea spray over the island – it never rains here, after all😂 Yesterday evening we then had our first flight at the Pechos – finally.
And FROM NOW ON – it looks like a repeat of last week: we have a stable northerly pattern and can use what we think are the best flying sites on the island…
Right now we're standing in Tenesar – perfect conditions for staying up easily and playing brilliantly!🤘😎💯😍 This afternoon it's back to the Pechos or to El Cuchillo – ¡muy bien! 😘💯🤘 Tomorrow and the day after look the same again… We'll keep you posted!
The coming weeks have filled up nicely, so the weeks are either fully booked or only have a few places left… Incredible!!! Thank you, folks!!! We're looking forward to seeing you – and to training and going flying with you!!!
