¡Hola de la isla de Lanzarote amigos!
As expected, last week was still mega good for flying in Tenesar, El Cuchillo and at the Pechos! Here, too, there was once again the chance to fly and/or train for hours on end! We saw really great progress and had a mega, mega good time!
On top of that, there was a very emotional highlight: the first marriage proposal here with us on Lanzarote! 😍 our whole crew was in on it – except for one……. 😎😂🤘We really pulled off some serious logistics to make THIS possible for the two of you:
Filming from different perspectives and from the air – with the necessary distance, of course – and above all chasing across the island with the crew and the groom-to-be in the second car as a surprise… 😎😂🤦 BUT – it was worth it, and it was a special honour for all of us that you did this here with us! 😍💯😎 Of course we wish you all the best for the future, and we already have plans with the two of you…
This week Lanzarote is impressive in a different way:
WAVES AND WIND is what we've got right now! 6-metre waves are forecast for today… so that the small wings don't get quite so wet, we were out this morning, as we are every day, for our morning workout – groundhandling! Last Monday we flew all day in different flying sites at the same time: I was in Mala with Mario, who flew for 3 hours, some were at El Cuchillo and at the Pechos, and Annalena and Marcus were flying in Tenesar at the same time… 😎😂🤘💯 Crazy!
Since then we've been passing the time with groundhandling and raclette😎🤘💯 tonight we're heading to the coast to watch the waves, and from Saturday afternoon things should be possible with the “real wings” again…
So: this week is once again good for training, with a bit of everything… We hope you're doing just as well as we are and will keep you posted! We've only just reached HALF-TIME in this year's Lanzarote season, and there are still lots of great weeks and people to come… ¡muy bien! 😍💯🤘😎😘
