FLA50.25: Lots of training, Las Nieves sundowner, Atlantic soaring in Tenesar

¡Hola de la isla de Lanzarote amigos!
Last week ended in Orzola again – a very good week! Lots of learning success, many hours of training and really great effects in a good mood 😎💯🤘
This week Heli and I swapped roles for once: Heli led the training for the first few days and I’m taking over from now on – works just the same😎💯🤘😂
So far this week we’ve had two sessions of practice and theory every day – a difficult week weather-wise, but still a really good week… It seems the “weather god” always decides what’s right for us…
After three training sessions with big and small wings, on Tuesday afternoon we headed to Las Nieves😍🤘💯😎 EVERYONE “delivered” at the launch site and applied and put into practice the newly learned techniques… The reward: the glorious sundowner from the 600-metre “cliff” with a landing on the surfers’ beach at Famara… 😍💯😎🤘 Of course there was a landing beer right there in the sand, with really great emotions and a wonderful evening atmosphere.
Yesterday there was a handling session and a theory session with Heli at the Casa: roll, pitch, manoeuvres, launch analysis…
This morning we drove to Tenesar for sunrise… And lo and behold – getting up early really paid off: Sina did her first flight here above the rugged Atlantic coast, Klaus soared along the edge for almost two hours with Rüdi, Mo and Matze in the beautiful Tenesar flying site…
Until lunchtime there was another handling session on the black beach, and this afternoon it should be off to Tenesar or El Cuchillo to fly again… that’s how it could continue… We’re curious, in good spirits and will report back to you…
Other than that, from Sunday we once again have two spontaneously freed-up places – if you’d like to come to us at short notice – we’re here… The remaining course weeks with Heli and Kai are almost fully booked…
At the Casa, Steffi and Holger are currently building our new pool bar while we’re on our way to Tenesar again… 😍💯😎🤘 Awesome!!! Many thanks for that!
