FLA52.25: The Christmas week with training, lots of wind and flying
· by Kai Kessler
¡Hola de la isla de Lanzarote amigos y feliz navidad!
Our last course week ended with a long soaring flight on Sunday morning in El Cuchillo. Some participants of our current week had already arrived, so we had a seamless changeover… It was a perfect finish and a super start all at once…
Since Monday we’ve mainly been in training mode with the small wings. This morning, though, we drove out early to the Pechos. And lo and behold: on day three our crew is already “Kai-ting” up the hill, stabilising the system and going flying… 💯😎🤘😍 ¡muy bien amigos! Heli and I simply joined them in the air – really nice😎💯🤘😍
This afternoon the forecast says a bit of wind and “heavy sea spray” (the insiders know what that means…!!!😎😂) – so we’re concentrating on our “Casa dinner plan”… 😎💯🤘
Tomorrow – let’s see what we get up to, but Friday and Saturday look pretty good for the Pechos and even the complete Risco de Famara… 😍🤘😎💯 We’re curious and will report back…
For the coming weeks we’ve had 2 or 3 spontaneous cancellations. If you still want to join – have a look, pick something and just be spontaneous… 😎🤘💯
Other than that, we send warm greetings from Lanzarote flying week FLA52.25 and wish you a few wonderful days, wherever you are…
¡Saludos y hasta la próxima semana!
Lisa, Sandra, Heli and the Christmas Smurf😎😂🤘💯😘
